The hotel was very close to the train station, just around the corner from a subway station which goes straight to shinjuku. We loved the convenience of being able to easily explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and their ability to speak English was a big plus. The breakfast served every morning was a great way to start the day and had both Japanese and western options.

    Absolutely nothing.

The bed was cozy and the separate shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being conveniently situated near a local train station that provided easy access to the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.

There were noticeable areas of dust and cobwebs, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Furthermore, the jacuzzi filters were in need of servicing, which affected our experience.
